Tools to Help You Focus
Finally! A browser extension (Chrome/Firefox) that will help you become more productive, right away. It hides images (but makes them visible on mouse hover), removes CSS, un-bolds text and you can even change the color scheme to, say, black background with white text. Just to make every visit as short as possible. You can also temporarily switch it off it there’s something you need to explore.
Have you heard of the 20-20-20 rule? Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and fix your eyes at something 20 feet away. If you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, you spend a lot of time both sitting still, and straining your eyes. Pair this with little to no exercise and you have a recipe for disaster! Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Salesforce is one of the largest, most complex and perhaps the most complete marketing automation platform out there, if you’re a really, really large company. If you’re in need of a big enterprise solution, then you’re probably in their target demographic. Although, due to it’s sheer size it usually requires a dedicated service team.
Marketo is not too far away from Salesforce. Send out email campaigns, build landing pages and nurture leads. Built as an enterprise solution.

Broken Link Checker
Even if link-building isn’t as important as it was just a few years ago, it’s still a big ranking factor. Especially if you can get a link from a site like Wikipedia. Broken Link Checker is a tool that helps you find broken links on any website so you can replace them with your own content.

Online Research Tools

Research makes any task more streamlined and it makes the job easier to do. If you want to research your customers or people like them, Quora is a great place to start. It’s a social network that lets you answer questions or ask them. Just search for a topic to see what other people have asked, and what some have answered. Gives you a great deep-dive into people’s minds.
As a marketer you have a toolbox with a certain set of tools. Without Buzzsumo, it’s far from complete. Buzzsumo let’s you see what content is shared the most on social media. Just put in a URL to see which content performs best. Extremely helpful when looking for inspiration on content creation.
The better you know your target audience, the better your marketing will be. Browsing various online forums could help you take a deep dive into your ideal customer. Find three of the largest forums in your niche and try to find any trends. Use a web-scraper like import.io to extract all headlines, analyze and sort them in excel and see what people are asking about.

Mark Zuckerbergs co-founder Dustin Moskovitz left Facebook together with another colleague in 2011, to start Asana. It’s one of the best webb and mobile application available to make teams more productive, and it’s easy to setup aswell. “If you can make a list or send an email, you can use Asana”.
Slack provides a chat option for teams worldwide to replace work emails inside teams. From the creators of Trello, and works the same way any chat does, but with heavier functionality.
Every great team needs a great way of tracking their time. Create and send invoices, track expenses and connect the apps you’re already using.
Similar to a few other options here, but unlike i.e. Trello, DaPulse gives you a great, visual overview of your projects and collaborations.
Lets you share files with your team over the network you’re currently connected to. You’ll have to scour the deep end of the web if you want to find an easier and more intuitive way to share files.

A great tool with many variations of lead capturing forms. Only for WordPress users.
A very sophisticated standalone option. Create compelling forms with a drag and drop builder, A/B-test or create different variations based on your current offers.
Capture leads based on how they use your website. Once captured, the visitor will be logged and saved. Send your leads directly to your CRM or to a segment of your email list.
At around $4000/month, Bounce Exchange is clearly not a choice for those that cannot afford anything extra. They offer a high-end service where they write your copy, design your opt-in forms and sets up all the necessary integrations and connections.
Email Marketing Tools
SalesHandy is an Email outreach and Sales productivity tool with features like Email Tracking, Email Scheduling, Mail Merge with auto follow-up, Document Tracking, Email Templates and Actionable analytics. Perhaps one of the easiest e-mail marketing platforms out there. Register an account, create a list and start collecting leads. Sending out fully responsive newsletters and nurturing leads becomes fun with Mailchimp. Integrates seamlessly with Triggerbee.
