CAIA Cosmetics wanted to collect more data on visitors who completed purchases.
How they did it
They created a post-purchase survey using a Triggerbee callout campaign targeting query parameters of a successful purchase. The campaign contained two steps:
Step 1) Asking about the customer’s age
Step 2) Asking who the purchased product is intended for
This valuable data allows CAIA to get to know their recent customers even better, and personalize their onsite content and external communication (through their CRM) even further.
The post-purchase survey resulted in more than 11 000 responses with a response rate of 48%!
