What is Triggerbee?

Triggerbee is a Sales and Marketing Automation service that helps you understand how your website is used and by whom. This will help you optimize your marketing efforts, send leads straight to your sales department and help you grow your revenue.

Triggerbee consists of three parts:

Insights and analytics

Analyze the behavior of your website visitors, leads and customers. See what are they interested in, what type of content are the most engaging and who your best prospects are.


When you can track individual visitors and understand who, why and when they engage in your content you can automate tasks such as sending email messages, displaying messages on site, notifying sales rep, updating CRM etc.


Engage with your users in a relevant and personal way can really help drive your conversion rates up the roof. Do you want to have new unknown visitors to start subscribing to your newsletter? Greet campaign visitors with a special message? Drive hesitant visitors to conversion with a gentle nudge? Do it all with Triggerbee Widgets. What should I be measuring?

Out of the box Triggerbee tracks a bunch of data from the traffic on your site. But if you configure Triggerbee to track specific metrics you can get so much better understanding of what online behavior is driving your business forward. Here are a few examples that are typically interesting metrics for Triggerbee customers:

  • Looking at the pricing page

  • Signing up for trial account

  • Signing up to your newsletter

  • Two different visitors from the same organization visiting the pricing page on the same day

How is each new signed-up user using your service?

  • Reading your onboarding email and tutorials

  • Inviting team members to use your online service

  • Activating specific features in your service

  • Using certain features in your service

  • Read entire blog post (how long they scrolled down on the page)

  • How often they access your content

  • How often they log in to your service

  • Viewed entire movie clip or only the first 5 seconds

  • Looking at products

  • Adding products to cart

  • Beginning checkout

  • Completed purchase

  • Only filled out half the sign up form

What is each visitor the most interested in? Profile them into Personas so thhat you can be more relevant in your communication:

  • Looking at career / job postings on your website

  • Looking at Support & contact pages

  • Looking at Solutions, products, webinars

  • What category of solutions and products are they spending most time looking at?

  • Looking at mens or womens clothes?

Risk of churn

  • Viewing the downgrade or cancellation page

  • Viewing the return product policy page
