As the name suggests, Success also includes collaboration with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will help with getting you started, strategic planning, campaign creation and more.
No, you can invite as many people as you want to your account without any additional charges. The more the merrier, right?
Yes, and no. To get the most out of Triggerbee, we highly recommend you have separate accounts if you have stores on separate domains. For example, if your brand uses local domains (.se, .nl, .de, .eu, .no, etc) to sell to different countries, you would need a separate account for each country. If you do, all your domains will be grouped in an account group for your brand, which means you can share your audiences across your accounts.
If you exceed your traffic or order additional support and extra billed hours, you may have to pay extra. Triggerbee Success clients have onboarding included in the price.
The Essential and Pro plan with monthly billing has a 30-day cancellation policy, all other cancellation policies depend on the chosen plan or contract. Keep in mind that you can try Triggerbee free for 14 days without any credit card.
