Recruiting subscribers to the newsletter with gamification

Email growth is a key part of SC Styling’s marketing setup, with a clear focus on collecting consent and relevant data without relying on discounts.

To make the signup experience more engaging, SC Styling used Triggerbee to launch a branded memory game shown to visitors who wanted to join a raffle. Instead of a generic form, visitors were met with an interactive experience where they shared their car brand, styling level and email address.

This approach resulted in a highly engaged audience and the collected leads are now nurtured in SC Styling’s CRM, Brevo.

ResultS:

In Triggerbee, you'll find ready-made templates for memory games, spin-to-win and more gamification experiences, to get started quickly with boosting engagement.

“A generic form didn’t align with the SC Styling brand, and we didn’t want to rely on discounts to collect email addresses. Instead, we introduced a more engaging signup experience. a strategy that proved highly successful and is now rolled out across all markets. The collected leads are nurtured through an automated welcome flow in our CRM, Brevo.”

Nudging visitors to use features that will enhance their experience

A great benefit of shopping at SC Styling is the ability to find products that fit your exact car model. This makes it easier to see relevant parts and avoid browsing products that don’t match your vehicle.

SC Styling already had a vehicle selector in place, but many mobile visitors never interacted with it and continued browsing without narrowing their selection.

To guide visitors to the right products and create a more relevant experience, SC Styling used Triggerbee to create a sticky onsite nudge. The message encouraged visitors to choose their car model and was pinned to the top of the page, making the selector easy to find.

ResultS:

With Triggerbee's Sticky layout, you can create Nudges and Product Tours that highlight key features, guide users, and draw attention to important actions on your website.

“Through an in-depth web analysis with Hotjar, I identified that very few mobile visitors interacted with the vehicle selector, a critical feature when selling automotive products. The CTR on the nudge clearly validated our hypothesis. Which led to an add-to-cart rate increase."

Understanding visitor intent through feedback

Understanding visitor intent was important for SC Styling. Especially for visitors coming from social media who did not complete a purchase.

By using a Triggerbee form onsite, SC Styling was able to collect direct feedback from these visitors and understand why they left without buying.

The form became an important part of their optimization work, giving clear input for data driven improvements across the shopping experience.
