They created an NPS survey using Triggerbee, asking customers how satisfied they are with their purchase and to leave any additional thoughts on the whole experience.

After purchasing items in their physical stores, an automation was triggered using Voyado and customers were sent an email, with a link to a landing page with the embedded survey campaign.
