Triggerbee 3.0, part 2: A Massive update to Audiences, Visits and Profiles

Today we’re launching Triggerbee 3.0, part 2, the biggest update in Triggerbee’s history. Audiences, Visits and Profiles are rebuilt on a completely new data foundation, and Audience Analytics is a brand new way to see which of your visitors bring in revenue.

The update gives you a clearer picture of who your visitors are, what they’re worth and how to reach them with the right message. You can win back lapsed buyers, reward your best customers, convert browsers and grow your member base, all from one place and in minutes.

One platform for all your visitor data

Until now, visitor data in Triggerbee lived in three separate systems. Now it lives in one. The numbers match everywhere, a person who visits on both their phone and their laptop is recognized as the same person, and lists that used to take more than 30 seconds now load in seconds. Personal data is pseudonymized throughout.

Everything else in this release is built on that foundation.

Audiences 3.0: reach the right people

Screenshot of the new Audiences dashboard in Triggerbee, from the October 2026 product update. It shows total reach, identified rate, most active audience and biggest untapped opportunity, quick-start audience templates, and three AI suggestions from Buzz with profile counts and a Create button.

Better targeting makes your onsite experiences relevant to the person who sees them, and relevant experiences convert more. The new Audiences gives you ten new ways to target visitors, based on how often they visit, what they buy, what they’re interested in and how engaged they are.

You also get ready-made audiences adapted to your account, and Triggerbee suggests the three audiences you should create next, each with the reason why and how many people it will reach. A live count shows how many people match while you build, so you know straight away whether an audience is big enough to matter.

A few examples of what you can now build in minutes:

  • Win back lapsed buyers. Show a comeback offer to people who have bought at least twice, but not in the last 90 days.
  • Reward your best customers. Give your most engaged, highest spending customers early access instead of a discount.
  • Convert browsers. Show a brand’s bestsellers to visitors who keep looking at that brand but haven’t bought yet.
  • Grow your member base. Invite known visitors who aren’t logged in to sign in or join your club.

Visits and Profiles 3.0: see every visitor in detail

Screenshot of the new Visits view in Triggerbee, from the October 2026 product update. A live list of sessions shows start time, visitor, engagement level, events, content affinity and traffic source, with audience filters, search and a count of visitors online now.

The new Visits view shows every session on your site as it happens. You can filter by who the visitor is, where they came from and what they did, so finding everyone who added to cart but didn’t buy takes two clicks. Any view can be shared with your team as a link.

Every person now has one profile across all their devices, with their visit history, purchases, interests, consent and the audiences they belong to right now.

That means you can find lost sales, check what a campaign really did, understand each channel, help a single customer and keep your database clean, all in one place and without an analyst. And when a GDPR request comes in, you can delete one person, a list or every inactive contact in a few clicks.

Introducing Audience Analytics

Screenshot of Audience Analytics in Triggerbee, from the October 2026 product update. Anonymous, Identified and Logged in audiences are compared side by side by share of visits, purchases and revenue, with conversion rate, average order value and other metrics indexed against all visits.

Knowing who your visitors are is half the job. The other half is knowing which of them drive revenue.

Audience Analytics compares up to four audiences side by side and shows each one’s share of your visits, purchases and revenue. You see straight away when 10% of your visits bring in 30% of your revenue. For each audience, you also see conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visit compared with all your visitors, and which audiences are growing or slipping away over time.

With that, you can prove the value of your logged-in members, find the audiences that deserve a campaign of their own and check whether the people you target actually buy more. Audience Analytics is open to all Triggerbee customers from 27 October.

Build audiences from your AI tool

Triggerbee now works with the AI tools you already use. Describe an audience in plain words to Claude or ChatGPT, and it gets built and saved in your Triggerbee account. Our own assistant, Buzz, gets the same ability when it launches later this year.
