Frequently Asked Questions
The Triggerbee Success plan includes every feature from PRO, but adds a few things: unlimited campaigns, grace on exceeding traffic and ability to customize license and DPA. As the name suggests, Success also includes collaboration with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will help with getting you started, strategic planning, campaign creation and more.
In this case you can either go with Pro or Success and purchase an extra addon for each brand and domain. Contact our sales team who can give you an exact quote.
For the SUCCESS plans: If the traffic during an individual month exceeds the agreed volume, Triggerbee will not issue additional invoices, but if this occurs for more than three months in a row, Triggerbee will adjust your subscription to the necessary traffic volume.
For the PRO plans: When the monthly traffic volume approaches the limit, you will receive a notification via email and can choose to increase the volume. When the traffic volume is reached, we might give a little bit of slack, but eventually we will turn off campaigns and excess data collection until the next monthly period begins.
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your accounts traffic.
Yes, and no. To get the most out of Triggerbee, we highly recommend you have separate accounts if you have stores on local top-domains. For example, if your brand uses .se, .nl, .de, .eu, .no, etc to sell to different countries, you would need a separate account for each country. If you do, all your domains will be grouped in an account group for your brand, which means you can share your audiences and brand styles across your accounts. If your organisation want to use Triggerbee for multiple brands on separate domains you can contact sales for a custom quote.
No, you can invite as many people as you want to your account without any additional charges. The more the merrier, right?
If you exceed your traffic or order additional support and extra billed hours, you may have to upgrade or pay extra.
All cancellation policies depend on the chosen plan or contract.
An active campaign is a popup, survey, embedded content etc that is published and available on your website at any given time.
