E-handelsutveckling used a Triggerbee Form with radio buttons to collect feedback on the shopping experience.
The campaign was shown to visitors coming from social media, Facebook and Google via UTM tagging. And it triggered after 90 seconds, excluding the checkout page.
This form got a mighty impressive 41.7% response rate and led thousands of visitors to the right place.
